Most jobs are priced by the size (m²) and the level of construction dust. As a reference, post-obra services are commonly quoted per m², and heavier dust/paint splatter or lots of glass increases the final price.
Detailed dust removal on all surfaces, deep floor cleaning, baseboards/frames, bathrooms and kitchens, windows/glass, and removal of paint/silicone/cement spots where safe for the surface. Bagged leftover packaging is removed; large rubble hauling can be added.
We remove bagged light debris (dust, plastic, cardboard, small scraps). For heavy rubble, broken tile, drywall piles, or large-volume hauling, we coordinate an add-on pickup with separate pricing.
